( bruce was out and about. doing what, damian had observed but deemed it relatively unimportant in the moment given his own intentions, so he had watched. waited for the perfect moment, the perfect opportunity to leap from his own hiding place straight down onto batman himself. he could have been polite, offered a warning noise, any indication that damian had been coming for him, but batman should always be prepared for anything, and if he manages to get surprised by a robin leaping down from above him to attempt to throw their weight onto the back of his shoulders and knock him off balance - well. that sounds like an issue batman needs to resolve sooner rather than later, which clearly means this attack is just here to ensure the man prepares himself. )

( he's still donning the red and blue as he wanders around the apartments. it hasn't been all that long since he'd ended up here and took up residence in... two apartments. is this how damian does it with having two versions of his father here? that must be weird. granted, it's also weird for him to be around a different version of both his mom and dad here, but. they're still very much clark kent and lois lane at their core and he can recognize them enough to know it to be true, so. it's... just A Thing he has to deal with, like damian has to deal with two dads... also he has to deal with a smaller and younger damian, so. you know. yay or whatever.

today in the hallways of the apartments, however, he's on a mission. a mission that involves trying to see if he can locate damian's dad and hope that he knows him. gosh, it would really suck for no one here to know him. he hopes that's not the case.

he's moving outside the apartments from window to window, peering in and trying to get a look for who might be inside. which is... a gamble, to say the least, but! so far so good. nothing to shock or upset him, so. there's that. he does, eventually, spot who looks to be bruce wayne himself in one of them and, coming up to the window, he gives a few good knocks to it, waiting for bruce to catch sight of him so he can wave at him with a hopeful smile there on his face.
